How do I know which size to order?
We are all about helping find the right fit and we know that different brands of sneakers sometimes require different sizes, and in this case you can use our size chart to determine which size you will need. How do your payment plans work?
We know too well that life can be hard to get by sometimes and with the crazy world we live in we try to make it as easy as possible for you to have those sneakers you’ve always wanted or the pair you would like to gift someone else.
We designed two payment plan options which allows flexibility between payments. You can read further information about our payment plans on the terms and conditions page.
How do you guarantee the Authenticity of each pair?
Jscollectives takes authenticity very seriously and will only sell authentic sneakers. The stock listed on our platforms are always authenticated before listing and the pairs outsourced on your behalf are always purchased from other authenticated resellers and/or stores. We use professional authenticators and apps to determine the sneakers authenticity as well as our own lengthy process that we follow. A thorough check matching codes, boxes, soles, labels, materials and even the paper supplied before adding these to our platforms for public sale.

What is your refund policy?
Jscollectives will not provide a refund for any change of mind purchases or purchases made with the wrong sizing. We will however only provide a full refund if the sneakers purchased are found to have faults that were not addressed when listed for sale, proven to be fakes by a professional authenticator and/or it was a mistake made by us on the sizing of the sneaker sold. We do want you to be happy and can negotiate other options in any case.
