All completed purchases requiring shipping are bubble wrapped, double boxed and sent out with tracking numbers every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Tracking numbers are sent via direct message or email.

Although we are extremely good at what we do and so much love goes into each package, we can not control 
what happens when your parcel leaves our premises. This means Jscollectives takes no responsibility if your parcel is damaged lost or stolen while in transit. If this is to happen, of course we will do our best to resolve the issue, but we would suggest calling the courier service using your tracking number and making a claim.

Being locals we also offer free collection and free delivery. Delivery's are pre- arranged and only available to our Lower Hutt and Wellington residents. All collected and Delivered items are also Bubble wrapped which helps keep your Sneakers in Pristine condition while in transit.
