OUR TERMS
When purchasing any pair of sneakers from Jscollectives, you are accepting our terms and conditions.
As a buyer, it is your sole responsibility to ensure you are ordering or purchasing the desired size.
Please do your research and ask as many questions as you need, we want to get it right and we are here to help.
Jscollectives will not offer any refunds for wrong size or change of mind purchases, however we will provide
a refund if the sneakers are found to have faults that were not addressed when listed for sale, or they are
proven to be fakes by a professional authenticator, we will provide this service if necessary.
All sales are final once payment has been made.

Every sneaker that is listed for sale on any of our platforms has and will be thoroughly checked for Authenticity and handled with the upmost care, this is our guarantee.

You best believe Jscollectives offer the service of outsourcing. We use our connections, other platforms and search all the best places to find the Sneaks you asked for while providing affordable prices and easy service. It's becoming more and more common for our customers to outsource pairs and the options are endless.
It's extremely easy, requiring only a couple of things from you. Send us a message from our contact form with the details of the sneaker you're wanting to purchase, the size needed and any other details that you think will help.
A deposit of $80.00 is required to secure your pair once sourced and depending if you have chosen to use the payment plan option or not, the remaining amount will need to be paid before we ship them out.

With outsourcing coming from various locations the delivery times can always differ talking between 1-2 weeks & sometimes only days! We will communicate with you during the whole process and keep you updated on any changes.
OUR PAYMENT PLANS
With Afterpay and Laybuy currently still in the works, we have designed something similar to make purchasing sneakers easier for everybody. Our fee free plans are certainly a popular option for our customers to choose when purchasing a pair of sneakers as they offer many benefits.
With the option of choosing between two plans, either three or five weeks, we work with you and your lifestyle to pay them off in instalments rather than one bulk payment. If you've found a pair on our website that you would like to purchase with one of our plans, send us a message using our contact form with the desired pair details (size and name) and which plan you would like to set up. We will then get in touch with you clarifying all the finer details.

Please note: We do require a deposit of $80.00 to start your plan and secure your sneakers, the rest .. well we leave that completely up to you. One of the benefits using our plans is that you choose when and the amount you pay, as long as all payments are made between your chosen plan time frame.
All plans must be paid in full either on or before the plans ending due date.
We understand life has its road blocks and this is where communication is key. Please communicate any updates or changes with us regarding your plan if necessary.

All completed purchases requiring shipping are bubble wrapped, double boxed and sent out with tracking numbers every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Tracking numbers are sent via direct message or email.

Although we are extremely good at what we do and so much love goes into each package, we can not control
what happens when your parcel leaves our premises. This means Jscollectives takes no responsibility if your parcel is damaged lost or stolen while in transit. If this is to happen, of course we will do our best to resolve the issue, but we would suggest calling the courier service using your tracking number and making a claim.

Being locals, we also offer free collection and free delivery. Deliveries are pre-arranged and only available to our Lower Hutt and Wellington residents. All collected and delivered items are also bubble wrapped which helps keep your Sneakers in pristine condition while in transit.
We do love to hear that your parcel arrived safely, so be sure to let us know, share your story's and/or leave a review on our customer review post. We enjoy reading your reviews and would love to share them with the world.

Jscollectives has set a high standard when it comes to deposits. Deposits are required from the buyer when using our outsourcing and payment plan options. The deposit paid ensures that you (the customer) are committing to your purchase and plan on fulfilling the completion of your order. If during the process you decide to cancel your order, your deposit is obtained and used to cover the costs and expenses paid on your behalf by Jscollectives. Any uncompleted orders will be re-listed and available for the public to purchase.

In the event we can not fulfil your order, a full refund will be applied and returned to the customer.
For smaller outsourcing and payment plans e.g. under $150, the deposit required will be negotiated between Jscollectives and the customer.
All deposits are non refundable.
